Shipping policy

We ship via USPS Priority or First Class mail. Other shipping options may be used at our discretion to meet deadlines. 

Please note that orders generally require 5-10 business days to process.

We are not responsible for delays caused by our chosen shipping carrier due to weather or other error. You must provide a valid street address for your order, including apartment numbers, suites or floor numbers. We are not responsible for delays resulting from incorrect or undeliverable addresses.

The following services are also available through special arrangement:

• Pick up in Minneapolis/St. Paul (Twin Cities) metro region. 
• Next Day Shipments (if available)
• Drop Shipping to multiple addresses
